Reporting bugs
If you think you have found a problem causing a crash or unexpected behavior, please report it to us by using this email: , or by posting to the technical support forum. Please include as much detail as possible in your message to help us fix the problem.
- WinPTE version including the build number.
- Clear description of your problem (i.e. : "It does not work" is not a clear description).
- Screenshots, if you can't explain clearly the problem (preferably .jpg or .gif. Please zip any large files and don't include them in .doc files).
- If the problem is reproducible, step by step how to reproduce it will be greatly appreciated and would almost ensure a quick resolution of the problem.
